Now with a new, lower profile and an aluminum body, OP-1 Field features a higher-quality display, refreshed visual identity, and many new functions. These include stereo throughout the signal chain, Bluetooth MIDI, USB-C, a new speaker system with a passive driver for detailed, rich, and loud audio, and a 24-hour battery life.
New Features, New Possibilities
- Stereo Sampling Engine: Allows sampling up to 20 seconds with a dual-layer mode for instant mixing of channels A and B.
- Four New Recording Formats: Studio 4-track, Vintage 4-track, Porta, and Disc Mini, each with unique properties and graphics.
- Virtual Tapes: Ability to use multiple virtual tapes or discs, up to eight in total.
Updated Design
The OP-1 Field is thinner and lighter thanks to the lowered aluminum casing around the keyboard. The new high-quality glass display with high resolution provides excellent visibility. With 2K molding technology, the dual 2.4 GHz antenna system is housed inside the aluminum casing. An additional passive speaker on the right side significantly enhances bass.
