The renowned sound quality known from its studio incarnation has been transferred into a housing that performs exceptionally well in live concert situations!
The legendary 2290 effect in a classic rack-mountable enclosure sets the standard in music production for many years. Its incredible sound, vast capabilities, and versatility are the key features that contributed to its popularity. With the faithful transfer of the original 2290 effect algorithms to the floor version, guitarists can now harness the immense potential of tones and modulation.
All the essential features of the effect found in the best recording studios worldwide have been retained – dynamic delay with a wide range of modulation possibilities for reflections and their intensity, the Learn function enabling quick tempo adjustment, and classic control based on retro-style displays and buttons.
In the floor version, a new feature is the ability to recall one of the 128 presets or load one of many settings proposed by the greatest guitar personalities. All of this is possible thanks to three footswitches and a dedicated application. MIDI inputs and outputs allow the integration of 2290 P into an entire system that interacts with other effects and instruments. The filter ranges and modulation depth have also been expanded.
