The updated device is compatible with VirtualDJ (licenses sold separately) and also offers free use of rekordbox Core and Serato DJ Pro subscriptions. This DJ controller also comes with license keys for the Serato FX Pack, Pitch 'n Time DJ Expansion Pack, and a TRAKTOR PRO 3 TSI file that will be available for download. With a built-in sound card, simply connect the DDJ-FLX6-GT to your laptop using a USB cable to start playing immediately.

Jog Cutter: Create Professional-Sounding Scratch Effects with One Hand
Enable the Jog Cutter feature and simply move the jog wheel to apply a professional-sounding scratch effect to the last Hot Cue position or playback position used on that deck. There are 10 different scratch patterns, and you can switch between them by moving the jog wheel’s playhead position display, which shows the scratch angle to be applied.

Pitch bending and scratching feel natural with large jog wheels that are the same size as those on the flagship CDJ-3000. Each jog wheel also features a display that shows the playhead position.
Sample Scratch: Work Creatively with Your Favorite Sounds
Sample Scratch is a new pad mode in rekordbox that lets you load sounds assigned to the sampler and play them on the decks. Whether you want to remix a track live or add depth to your sound, you can scratch with your favorite sounds.
