Details
The Peavey Invective™ .120 is a tube amplifier with four matched JJ 6L6GC power tubes, ensuring quality with top-loaded test points and adjustments. On the rear panel, players will find parallel speaker outputs with an impedance switch, a direct MSDI™ output with level/tone/ground lift, MIDI/thru input, and MIDI footswitch input. The included footswitch has nine preset settings to further assist the player in achieving the desired tone. Remote switchable rack loop and effects loop, half-power switch, and two additional 9VDC at 500mA auxiliary power jacks complete the rear panel.
On the front panel, users will find even more options and advanced control. The Invective™ .120 head has a single input with four key channels: a clean channel with boost drive and tone; a clean channel with gain/low/mid/high; input/output channel with mute signal; and a lead/crunch channel with boost drive and tone. All channels, as well as the LED bullet-selected channel, can be remotely switched. Both lead and crunch channels have independent pre and post-gain controls, as well as shared low/mid/high EQ. Power and standby mode switches with blue control lights indicate when the amplifier is ready. Simply set the Master Resonance, Presence, and Volume knobs, and you're ready to play.
