SHAPE YOUR TONE PROFESSIONALLY.
ADD LIFE WITH MODULATIONS.
The NUX MOD CORE DELUXE MKII is a modulation effects pedal with 8 different modes, including ST.CH (Stereo Chorus), CE-1, SCF CHO, SCF FLG, SCF P.M., U-VIBE CHO, U-VIBE VIB, and PH-100. You can switch between the effect types using the rotary TYPE switch.
This pedal offers advanced signal routing with a built-in FX Send and Return loop. You can easily split the mono signal to create custom effect loops! Additionally, you can parallel connect 2 signals and use the TWEAK knob in Alt mode to blend the signals. Set the 3-position switch to your desired position and you're ready to go.
ST.CH (Stereo Chorus) is inspired by the beautiful sound of the MXR® Stereo Chorus. We've unified the controls, internally set the bass and treble knobs to center position, and completely eliminated the need for a bass filter, which is now automatically corrected thanks to the Core-Image™ sound modeling improvements.
CE-1 is based on the legendary BOSS® CE-1, which was the first chorus effect on stage in 1976. Previously, it was only available as a built-in effect in amplifiers for classic jazz. The MOD CORE DELUXE MKII accurately replicates the character of this effect; the special warmth of rich jazz atmosphere, an instantly recognizable accent in any musician's sound.
SCF pays homage to the TC Electronic Stereo Chorus Flanger, one of the best modulation effects ever developed.
SCF CHO: Chorus is essentially a tone generator that mixes multiple delay signals. When multiple such paths are mixed with the original signal, a soft and wide modulation effect is created.
SCF FLG: The flanger is based on the same principle as chorus, except in this case the signal can be regenerated (like adding feedback to a delay), creating a more characteristic sound effect.
SCF P.M.: A combination of chorus and vibrato, creating a "light," undulating chorus sound.
U-VIBE is inspired by the Dunlop® Uni-Vibe®, due to its incredibly unique sound. The classic Uni-Vibe delivered an immersive 3D sound and simulated the physical effect of a rotary speaker. A beautiful and unforgettable sound that's easily associated with Hendrix's facial expressions during his stage performances in the 60s.
PH-100 is based on the MXR® PHASE 100, which has both speed control and 4-stage intensity control. The Phase 100 offers a wide range of tones.
Power Supply Jack:
Use ONLY 9V DC, center negative power supply with current consumption above 150mA. (Current consumption is less than 125mA.)
USB-C Port:
- The USB-C port is used for firmware updates. Connect the USB cable to the computer and press the footswitch to power on the device and enter DFU mode (Device Firmware Update). After connecting, firmware updates can be performed using the DFU Updater software.
- Download related firmware and firmware update guide only from the official product page.
- The audio inputs on the right side of the pedal are standard 1/4" (mono/TS) jacks. Connect your guitar to the audio input "In" (mono) on the right side of the effect using a regular 1/4" instrument cable.
- The pedal also supports stereo signals through a pair of 1/4" TS cables.
Audio Outputs:
The audio outputs on the left side are standard 1/4" (mono/TS) jacks. Connect the audio output through a cable or pair of 1/4" cables to the next device in the signal chain if both inputs are being used.
