PERFORMANCE PERFECTION
The Nord Grand 2 has dedicated LEDs for each layer, as well as knobs and buttons for all essential functions required during live performances. Tasks such as creating layers and splits, adding effects, or transposing the instrument can be done instantly.

The Nord Grand 2 features an extensive collection of grand, upright, and electric pianos from our exclusive Nord Piano Library, enhanced with new features like Dynamic Compression and Unison. Our state-of-the-art sampling technology captures the subtle nuances and true character of the original instruments. Our unique "Advanced String Resonance" and "Dynamic Pedal Noise" functions provide stunning realism and an unmatched level of expression.
VERSATILE SAMPLE SYNTHESIZER
Two independent sample synths with greatly expanded memory and a wide variety of new and updated sounds, including brass, woodwinds, strings, basses, and guitars, as well as classic analog leads and basses. Includes a selection of samples from the Symphobia and Swing libraries by ProjectSAM. Soft and Bright settings allow for quick tone shaping. The Grand 2's sample synth engine offers several new features. Unison creatively combines multiple sample voices to create rich, ensemble sounds. "Tru-Vibrato" accurately models the unique vibrato characteristics of various wind, brass, and string instruments, while round robin allows for naturally sounding rapid repetitions.
