Style

• EVENT-X has been designed to provide easy access to the most sophisticated accompaniment style features ever developed for a keyboard. There are over 400 styles available, categorized as Real, Live, or MIDI, with the ability to save any configuration in user memory. Real Styles stand out for their impressive authenticity, as some backing tracks are in full audio format. They feature a rich lower section with three independent elements and Mono/Poly modes.
• EVENT-X also offers an advanced style editor for programming your own arrangements.

Drums

• The rhythm section includes over 580 complete Real Drums patterns, covering a wide range of music genres with Intro, Ending, 4 variations, Fill, and Break elements.
• Unlike other musical instruments where rhythmic sequences are mainly short MIDI-controlled loops, EVENT-X offers real studio recordings by professional drummers available in eight or more bars without any cuts or edits. The end result is incredibly smooth and natural.
• EVENT-X adds Real Drum track correction and Drum Lock mode, which allows looping the played pattern.
• Additionally, there are 94 new stereophonic drum sets (Drum Set) with Drum Mix editing and Remap function, allowing you to reassign individual sounds and save them in 32 available User Drum locations.
• Also worth mentioning is the Groove mode, which includes over 700 percussion sequences, three independent Groove parts controlling loops found in House, Hip Hop, and Latin genres, as well as a remarkable variety of Afro-Cuban or Brazilian percussion instruments such as congas, shakers, maracas, cowbells, cajons, tambourines, and more.

Real Bass

• EVENT-X's bass section provides a splendid library of 256 Real Bass patterns: bass lines recorded in the studio by real bassists with different sounds and perfectly synchronized with the rhythm of each style. It's impossible to resist the energy of these melodic lines, from traditional ballads to Soul, and Disco Funk genres.
• The tone, fret position adjustments, and all the natural performer's vibrations give the feeling of playing with a real bassist by your side!
• Real Bass naturally adapts to chord changes, just like a regular MIDI bass guitar, even in To Lowest mode on the lowest note!
• Switching between MIDI bass and Real Bass in real-time (Twin Bass) and modifying Real Bass sound using an equalizer or locking the current set with Lock Bass mode is very easy.
• A range of bass guitar functions such as Manual, To Lowest, To Root, and Bassist are particularly refined. Finally, the Multibass feature supports custom bass guitar progressions for different chords.

Real Chord

• Real Chord is EVENT-X's most extensive and impressive feature. It allows you to control multiple guitar tracks or other instruments in real-time, on multiple tonalities, including any chord progression.
• Over 300 Real Chord styles are available, including a wide selection of recordings such as Folk, Jazz, Nylon, electric guitar, and other instruments (saxophone, harmonica, violin, trumpet, etc.), all perfectly synchronized with the arranger's architecture via MIDI.
• Real Chord features a dedicated EFX section with effects like Chorus, EQ, Overdrive, Phaser, Wah, and more. You can lock the Real Chord pattern with the Lock Chord function to achieve the ostinato characteristic of the Disco Funk genre, for example.
• Listen to one of EVENT-X's styles, and be prepared to be surprised by the authentic sound of an "ordinary" acoustic guitar.
• EVENT-X also has an extensive library of Live Guitars (MIDI-controlled guitar loops), Long Chord, and five MIDI chords that can be played simultaneously, with different sounds and volumes.
• The Multichord section with piano accompaniment, strings, and other orchestral parts programmed in any key is also noteworthy.

Modeling

The features integrated into EVENT-X are designed for a wide variety of musical solutions managed by the powerful Audio Style Modeling system. It allows you to choose which audio tracks (Real Drum, Real Bass, Real Chord) and MIDI orchestral tracks you want to include in your arrangement, with easy navigation to create new rhythmic or harmonic patterns in seconds. EVENT-X also has the expandability option: customize it by adding sounds and styles, as well as audio recordings.

Sounds

• EVENT-X provides top-notch sound quality to deliver a professional arranger experience. It offers 10 sound banks, including a new acoustic piano, a series of multi-layered electric pianos, a fantastic selection of strings and brass instruments, new acoustic and electric guitars, a completely refurbished pad series, synthesizer, bass, and ethnic sounds. The instrument has 2 sound sections, each capable of handling up to 4 simultaneous sounds with 2 separate EFX inserts.
• Real Solo instruments, such as trumpet, violin, saxophone, flute, oboe, etc., offer distinctive sounds and provide authentic reproduction of musicians, refined control over Aftertouch, Round Robin, Articulation, and natural sample decay.
• The ORGAN section is particularly accurate and includes a rich selection of sounds from original electric organs that can be mixed with digital drawbar sliders, adding the textures and sensations of real organs to each composition (Twin Organ).
• In addition to the exceptional internal sound editing system, EVENT-X also features a new 2.5 GB sampler, where you can load new factory sound banks (SBK) into Flash memory or create custom sounds on 4 stereo layers.
• EVENT-X displays external EFX on the panel, making it easy to adjust parameters such as Brilliance, Chorus, Delay, Tremolo, Overdrive, and Wah.

Microphone / Voicetron

• EVENT-X has a microphone panel with 2 inputs (Micro 1 and Micro 2) with gain control and new dedicated effects, as well as individual audio outputs for Micro 1.
• The Voicetron section has been refreshed with new harmonizer effects and multiple parameter controls for precise sound adjustments.

Player

• Two integrated multimedia players can handle a wide range of formats: MIDI, MP3, WAV, TXT, PDF, MP4, and more. They come with all classic karaoke features, such as lyrics display on an external device, Lead Mute, Crossfade, Search, and Fade Out. Use markers to navigate to different positions in songs, such as the beginning of a new verse or the end of a chorus.
• The new JukeBox offers quick access to various music tracks, allowing performers to easily control the flow of their performance.
• The Stem feature plays up to five audio tracks simultaneously in perfect synchronization. Each audio track has individual mute and volume controls, and you can also change its pitch and tempo without affecting the rhythm. You can exclude one or more tracks from playback, for example, the piano or bass if you want to play them separately. Stem is typically used for playing backtracks with or without vocals (Minus One), which is particularly useful for vocalists, live guitarists, and soloists playing instruments like saxophone or trumpet.

Connectivity

• EVENT-X features dedicated ports for managing audio, video, and files. Additionally, two separate pairs of outputs (for main outputs) provide unlimited flexibility when controlling various sound sources. High impedance and balanced inputs allow you to connect any sound source to the keyboard, such as a microphone, guitar, smartphone, or tablet.
• Enhance the power of your EVENT-X by connecting an external touch screen for instrument control while displaying song lyrics. This provides more workspace and makes navigation even easier.
