The Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic is an advanced version of the Scarlett OctoPre, featuring analog compression on each input channel and 8-channel DA conversion. Ideal for expanding any interface with ADAT I/O, the Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic adds eight mic/line inputs and eight line outputs to your studio. With its analog compression and precise conversion up to 192 kHz, it's perfect for both studio and live use.

Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic offers eight 2nd generation Scarlett mic preamps with soft-knee VCA compression on every channel, allowing for subtle control of dynamics. The "More" button increases the compression ratio for a more aggressive effect. It also features high-headroom line inputs and two front-panel instrument inputs, making it perfect for recording loud sources like drums, guitars, and vocals.

With eight line outputs, Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic can be used to expand your analog outputs or feed a live sound system while simultaneously recording through ADAT.
