Dante Interface with Professional Sound Quality
Planet 22c is an incredibly compact interface that expands the Dante IP audio network with 2 analog input channels and 2 analog output channels of impeccable sound quality. This lightweight and durable I/O device is equipped with high-quality analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters at 24-bit/96 kHz. Supporting balanced line-level audio signals at signal levels of (-10dBV) and (+4dBu), the Planet 22c excels as an ideal interface wherever high sound quality is required in a Dante network.
Thanks to its features, the Planet 22c is perfect for connecting any analog equipment to a Dante network, such as a traditional mixer, studio monitors or PA speakers, synthesizers, or other electronic instruments, among many others. Its linear frequency response and excellent sound quality make the Planet 22c suitable even for measurement tests.
One of its best features is that it can be powered not only via the included 12V DC power supply but also directly through the Ethernet cable as a Power over Ethernet (PoE) device. This is an ideal solution when the device is used in remote locations.
It can also be integrated into a modern music studio using the optional Dante Virtual Soundcard (DVS) software for PC or Mac.
