Combined with the Bose Sub1 subwoofer, the L1 Pro32 is equipped with a 7 × 13-inch RaceTrack transducer with a large excursion. Sub1 is a more compact, portable variant. Thanks to the unique RaceTrack transducer, the Sub1 module delivers powerful bass, optimized center of gravity, and takes up little space. The compact housing makes the subwoofer handy, yet it delivers the same sound as a traditional low-frequency speaker. Plus, the SubMatch connector means you can connect the Sub1 module to the L1 Pro32 system with a single cable carrying both power and audio signal.
Mixer in the Device and on the Phone
Each L1 Pro system has a built-in mixer, making it easy to connect various instruments, microphones, and other sources. Available are: two combo XLR 1/4-inch jacks with phantom power, 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch (3.5 mm) AUX jacks, and Bluetooth for streaming sound. Illuminated knobs provide instant access to volume, tone, and reverb settings for each channel. Users can choose from optimized system EQ presets for live performances and recorded music, among others. Additionally, thanks to the dedicated ToneMatch port, you can connect even more devices and other sound sources — one cable transmits power and digital sound between the system and the Bose T4S or T8S mixer (optional).
The intuitive L1 Mix app provides full control over the mixer via a smartphone or tablet.

The L1 Mix app allows you to adjust mixer settings using a portable device or even walk around the room, listen to the sound and change settings on the fly. You can adjust volume and sound tone settings in the app, and the LED knob on the L1 Pro system will automatically move — the mixer and app are in constant sync, and settings are changed in real time. Additionally, you have access to the entire ToneMatch library of EQ presets.
