‌Behringer 1027 CLOCKED SEQUENTIAL CONTRO - Legendary 2500 Series 8-Position Step Sequencer Module for Eurorack

The Behringer Clocked Sequential Control Module 1027 is an analog step sequencer in Eurorack format, faithfully recreating the classic ARP 2500 system. It features three independent CV channels (A, B, C), each with 8 steps, adjustable tempo (20–400 steps/sec), and pulse width modulation (0–100%). You can operate it manually via Step and Reset buttons or automate it using the built-in clock, with external CV control over Rate and Width. The module provides gate outputs per step, Clock Out, and a 12-pin bus connector to link with the 1050 Mix Sequencer. Measuring 26 HP wide and 43 mm deep, it consumes 50 mA (+12 V) and 30 mA (−12 V), making it a perfect fit for any modular synthesizer setup.

Behringer Clocked Sequential Control Module 1027 – Analog Step Sequencer in Eurorack Format

Discover the legendary 1027 module – a faithful recreation of the iconic analog step sequencer from the ARP 2500 system. This compact Eurorack module combines the classic vintage sound with modern modular convenience and reliability.

Main Features

Three-channel, 8-step sequencer

The module features three independent CV rows (A, B, C), each with eight potentiometers providing 0–10 V outputs – ideal for controlling VCOs, filters, or VCAs. Each step includes a gate output and an LED indicator for active step visualization.

Built-in clock with manual control

The onboard clock generator allows for automatic step progression with adjustable tempo (from 20 steps/min to 400 steps/sec), controlled via the Rate knob. Alternatively, you can disable the internal clock and use the Step and Reset buttons for manual control.

Pulse width control & CV modulation

Gate pulse width is adjustable from 0% to 100% using the Pulse Width knob, and both Pulse Width and Rate can also be modulated via external CV input, giving you more dynamic control over timing and rhythmic structure.

Sync and integration with other modules

Clock Out and a full set of CV/gate inputs and outputs allow seamless integration with other Eurorack gear. A 12-pin ribbon connector enables direct connection to the Behringer 1050 Mix Sequencer for extended sequencing up to 24 or 32 steps.

Full Eurorack compatibility

The module fits into any Eurorack setup with a width of 26 HP and a depth of 43 mm. It requires 50 mA at +12 V and 30 mA at −12 V. A ribbon cable for connecting to other modules is included in the package.

Creative sequencing with a vintage soul

With three separate CV channels, you can simultaneously control pitch, filter cutoff, and amplitude, building rich, evolving sequences perfect for modular performances and experimental sound design.
