Details
ADX218 is a professional, miniature condenser microphone with a gooseneck design. It is designed for speeches, presentations, business meetings, and teleconferences. Known for its clarity and outstanding sound quality, as well as its user-friendly operation, the ADX218 accurately captures and reproduces the speaker's voice from a convenient distance.
The characteristic of the ADX218 is cardioid, which helps isolate the speaker's voice from surrounding sounds. The ADX212/218 microphones are also available in a hypercardioid version (models ADX212HC and ADX218HC). With a wide frequency range of 40 Hz - 18 kHz, the ADX218 provides a natural sound with exceptionally good transient response.
The microphone is equipped with an integrated preamp built into the base. The ADX218 can also be used with a standard microphone stand or with an Audix ATS-10 (with an on/off switch). Made from very high-quality materials and meeting the highest standards, the ADX218 microphone has a brass housing, interchangeable capsule, and a range of optional accessories that can be purchased separately. The ADX218 uses phantom power (9 - 52 V) and is available in an anti-reflective finish (matte black).
