ART Dual zDirect

Dual zDirect is a two-channel, fully passive DI-Box. Each of the two independent interfaces is equipped with a 1/4" instrument input jack, a low-impedance XLR output, and a direct 1/4" jack output. This compact device also features a signal attenuator on each channel: ‑20/‑40dB, a switchable low-pass filter, a phase switch, and ground lift. All of this is housed in a sleek, compact enclosure with rubber sides, ensuring durability and reliable operation.

DI-Boxes are devices used in pro-audio systems, primarily for signal balancing. Thanks to balancing, the signal becomes up to 90% more resistant to interference, allowing it to be transmitted over long distances. But that's not all. Another very useful function is the separation of input and output signals. In practice, this helps prevent the formation of ground loops.
These small devices, long used by professionals, are gaining increasing popularity and interest among those just starting their journey in music, whether on stage or in the studio.
