ART Dual RDB
The Dual RDB is the ideal solution for applications where you need to connect a stereo or dual mono line-level signal to recording interfaces, computers, mixers, iPods, or consumer audio devices with XLR microphone or ¼" instrument inputs.
The Dual RDB features two high-quality isolation transformers that prevent ground loop issues when connecting different devices together.
The Dual RDB has ¼" TRS and XLR line-level inputs, and mic-level and instrument-level outputs.
The volume control on the Dual RDB allows for adjustment at the device itself, rather than in the studio, AV room, or enclosed rack cabinet. The frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz allows for transparent transmission of signals from any high-quality audio source.
DI-Boxes are devices used in pro-audio systems, primarily for signal balancing. Thanks to balancing, the signal becomes up to 90% more resistant to interference, allowing it to be transmitted over long distances. But that's not all. Another very useful function is the separation of input and output signals. In practice, this helps prevent the formation of ground loops.
These small devices, long used by professionals, are gaining increasing popularity and interest among those just starting their journey in music, whether on stage or in the studio.
