The crystal-clear sounding 286S has everything you need: wide gain range, switchable 48V phantom power, >80Hz high-pass filter, and a smooth OverEasy compressor for balanced voice or classic rock vocals "in your face." The 286S also includes a de-esser, enhancer, expander, and gate. Additionally, DBX equipped this device with low-frequency correction functions.
