DETAILED DESCRIPTION
It is a version of the 1073 equalizer in the form of a preamplifier with the same, well-known, characteristic Class A sound and a harmonically rich bass, slightly resonant highs and a focused midrange.
The Carnhill transformer-coupled input with two selectable impedances makes the 1073MP work great with a variety of microphones.
There is also a line input to add depth to 2-bus mixes, and a DI input for all passive and active instruments.
The 1073MP is a versatile mic preamp that adds color and retains its sonic character throughout the entire frequency range.
