PRACTICE

The DTX model has 10 built-in training functions, which is only possible with electronic drums.

The training package includes programs such as the elementary Pad Gate Function, which will help beginner drummers gradually acquire new skills; Gate Function for rhythmics, which will help you develop the perfect sense of rhythm necessary for playing the drums; and Fast Blast Funcion, which measures the speed of your strokes. The additional function of counting points will allow you to objectively evaluate your skills.

APPLICATION

DTX402 Touch is a dedicated iOS / Android compatible application that will allow you to train easily and enjoyably. The Challenge Mode feature includes built-in practice songs that you can play along with as if you were playing a game. When you complete the final level, Yamaha will give you a drummer's certificate. You can also use the Editor function to personalize your drum kits. The DTX402 series is also compatible with the iOS Rec'n'Share app, allowing you to practice and play your favorite songs and then share them with your friends and on social networks.

USB AUDIO / MIDI CONNECTIONS WITH A COMPUTER / EXTERNAL DEVICES

Connect the module to a computer / mobile device via USB and create your own audio base from the sounds played on DTX. Combine the module with your DAW to mix your music.

You can also connect the module to mobile devices and create inspiring videos using sounds from DTX402.

DURABLE / SILENCE / EXPRESSIVE

The DTX402 has extremely durable pads and a frame that have passed a series of Yamaha tests. The quality of the construction will save your time, efforts and costs in maintenance or possible repairs.

The material on the pads is perfect for exercise. It allows you to maintain a natural feeling and, in addition, allows you to play in silence, even with strong hits. We've involved professionals in developing the DTX402's sounds - we tweaked each sound individually, making the sounds incredibly expressive with authentic response and dynamics. Thanks to them, the transition from acoustic to electronic drums will be much easier.

ASSEMBLY

The well-thought-out design of the set will allow easy installation even in the most demanding conditions with little effort and in a short time, so that you can start having fun and enjoy playing in no time. The steel frame guarantees excellent stability of the structure, and its lightness, compact design and folding elements will allow you to play wherever you want.
