This next generation of the Loop Station series is a real-time creation machine allowing you to develop spontaneous music, with two unique song sections, intro/endings and rhythm fills. Onboard controls and visual loop indicators provide easy standalone operation, while extended control is possible with external switches and MIDI. There is a huge rhythm library that covers almost every music genre. You can even import your own rhythms to tailor the RC-10R to specific songs and styles.

Top quality rhythms
The RC-10R is ready to play any music, from rock and pop to Latin, jazz, electronic and more. There are over 280 rhythm styles to choose from, all with natural, organic overtones to support your music. And if you don't find what you need inside, simply import your own beats using the dedicated Mac/Windows software and save them to 50 user locations. Whatever style you choose, you can easily switch it up with 16 different kits that vary from heavy rock to light percussion sounds.
Extended control for advanced users
Thanks to its interactive displays and multifunctional controllers, the RC-10R is a standalone piece of equipment. However, some users crave even more control, and the RC-10R is happy to provide it. The RC-10R features a jack for connecting two footswitches or an expression pedal, providing extended control of stop, undo/redo, loop volume and more. Going forward, full MIDI I/O is available on the mini TRS jacks, opening up many direct access features and syncing options with other MIDI devices.
Optimized sound with any configuration
Electric guitar and rhythm have different needs for amplification - guitarists typically rely on an amp to color their sound, while a rhythm machine needs a clean, full-range system to play its best. The RC-10R can offer to send loops and rhythms to outputs and separate amp systems. Looper and intelligent drum machine - all in one
The RC-10R combines loops and rhythms in a sophisticated and interactive way. Unlike the more basic lead rhythms in other loopers, each of the rhythms in the RC-10R has complete song structures with separate parts. The two-track loop engine works in series and is perfectly in sync with the beat, so you can capture independent sections of tracks with their own unique rhythm backing. Two infill variants give a natural energy when transitioning between sections, while the start and end fills allow elements to start and end so that they form a whole.
It matches your creative approach
While the RC-10R's loop and rhythm engines work in perfect harmony, they work just as well separately. You're able to build two independent loops without a rhythmic backing, perfect for creating stripped-down songs and evolving ambient soundscapes. It's also possible to use the RC-10R as a footswitched drum machine with real-time control over song sections and fills, making it an essential partner for accompaniment, collaborative playing and practice.
