Design your controller
The Custom Mode feature transforms Launchpad Pro into a touchscreen control panel for any device or application that accepts MIDI messages, allowing you to design your own perfect controller for the stage and control all your devices however you want. Just drag and drop selected widgets into the Novation Components application to configure your own layout, then save your settings as one of the Custom modes. Disconnect your computer (if you want) and switch between your own modes for more expressive and creative control of MIDI devices.

Launchpad Pro is the platform for your creativity, with and without a computer. Connect Launchpad Pro to a fully hardware setup using the MIDI In, Out and Out 2 / Thru ports. Use Custom mode to send MIDI commands to software and hardware instruments simultaneously.
