The Sonzera 50 Head is a 50-watt guitar head with two independently controlled channels (footswitch control possible), designed for maximum versatility and preserving the spirit of classic amplifiers.

The Clean channel delivers the full tone well known from American amplifiers produced in the 1960s and 1970s. The Lead channel is linked to the Clean channel via a single circuit, so it can be set up as a boosted Clean channel or modified to make both channels sound like two completely different amplifiers. The Bright switch for the Lead channel has been specially tuned to provide a characteristic high-pitched 'snap', and is particularly effective with low string settings and single-coil pickups. The low tones of the Lead channel have a full, clean sound.

Both Sonzer head channels are designed to maximize clarity. Bright settings for each channel and global Presence and Tone allow the user to choose between a huge number of sounds, from vibrant to warmer, heavier tones. The Sonzera 50 also features a general Reverb setting, which is designed to enhance the sound without unwanted muddiness. The addition of a built-in effects loop allows guitarists to seamlessly use all selected effects without negatively affecting the amp's sound.

In addition to its versatile sound, the Sonzera 50 is also built for years of use and ease of use. The power tube slots are mounted directly on the steel base and all connections are soldered.
