Two years after the premiere of the previous edition, the Steinberg company showed at the NAMM Show 2019 a new version of the package including various virtual instruments and libraries - Absolute 4.
The new collection includes over 100 GB of material and over 6,800 presets. The Absolute 4 package includes samplers, synthesizers, instruments offering organ colors as well as wind instruments and string instruments, virtual pianos and percussion instruments. The new set includes the following applications and extensions: Groove Agent 5, HALion 6, HALion Sonic 3, The Grand 3, Padshop Pro 2, Retrologue 2, Skylab, Anima, Voltage, Auron, Triebwerk, Granular Guitars, Hypnotic Dance, Trium, HALiotron , Hot Brass, Model C, The Eagle, The Raven, Prime Cuts, Rock Essentials, World Percussion, B-Box, World Instruments, Dark Planet, Studio Strings and Symphonic Orchestra.
All instruments included in the Absolute 4 package can work as 64-bit VST / AAX / AU plug-ins in Windows (7/8/10) or macOS (Sierra, High Sierra, and Mojave).
