Sounds about the source in close proximity, wind, fast boom movements on which the microphone is located - all these operations can cause interference. In order to avoid creating these unwanted sounds, we offer accessories in the form of wind screens.

They are usually made of open cell polyurethane foam. The wind screen offered by us does not cause disturbances resulting from vibrations, nor does it affect the directional characteristics. Only in higher frequency ranges, the level of the output signal is slightly suppressed.

The degree of wind attenuation was measured without using an electric filter under gusty conditions at a 20 km / h stream generated by a noiseless wind machine.
