The main applications of this microphone are close microfoning of acoustic and electric instruments, use it as an overhead drums, sound for woodwind and brass, sound for vocal groups and choirs, and even work with bass instruments such as double bass and bass drum. The KSM137 will be equally successful in a recording studio as well as during live performances.
The KSM137 microphone can operate at extremely high sound pressure levels (SPL). It is characterized by a high level of the output signal, low self-noise and excellent reproduction of sounds from the lower frequency range.
