The DB-90 is BOSS's flagship metronome model for discerning users. The device is equipped with high-quality sounds and drum patterns that support music lessons and training. There's also Rhythm Coach, an on-board microphone, key tuning, external instrument input, MIDI input, and lots of easy-to-learn tools and effects.

Better Beats, Better Practice

The DB-90's Note Mixing feature allows you to instantly create multiple beats by adjusting the levels of 5 different note values. The front panel contains 6 sliders, a group of function buttons and a large, handy Dial wheel that allows you to quickly change selected parameters. We can choose from 4 different metronome sounds, among which we will find authentic counting with the sound of the human voice. The DB-90 is also equipped with PCM drum patterns, providing the user with an authentic, rhythmic feel during collaboration.

Rhythm Coach feature

To extend the rich capabilities of the DB-90 metronome, the manufacturer has equipped it with the Rhythm Coach function. This innovative feature has 4 training modes to support our accuracy, speed and endurance. The function is related to an external drum pad (PD V-Pads) or acoustic (trigger required), which are connected to a special input.

Miscellaneous Use

Drummers can connect to the DB-90 via Roland's V-Pads. Guitarists and bassists can directly plug into the DB-90 and monitor the signal via headphones. The whole is complemented by a MIDI In connector that allows you to synchronize metronome patterns with control devices (sequencers).
