The Samson MTR231 Condenser Microphone offers professional options for a wide range of situations in live performances and in the recording studio.

The Samson MTR231 is a condenser studio microphone with two large gold-plated 1-inch diaphragm diaphragms and a choice of one of three available directivity characteristics: cardioid, omni-directional and bi-directional (octal).
It is ideally suited to various types of applications related to sound recording, including vocals and close microfilming of instruments. Can be used as a microphone for recording room acoustics.
The insert construction has been designed to work with high sound pressure levels up to 134 dB, and the presence of an additional 10 dB attenuator switch allows even higher levels of SPL to be received.
The MTR231 provides a balanced and extended frequency response, is characterized by a low level of personal noise and a wide dynamic range, which predominantly predisposes it to achieving the goals of modern digital signal recording.
The capsule mounted on the internal anti-shake element additionally minimizes the interference resulting from operating the microphone.
This microphone with a durable cast housing is offered with a pop filter, an anti-shake handle and a carrying case.
