The Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 3rd Gen is a compact audio interface with 4 preamps and expandable input and output capabilities. It is an excellent audio interface not only for engineers but also for recording producers who need to create conditions for multitrack recording wherever they are. The interface offers eight analog inputs: both four microphone and line inputs, and two high-impedance inputs, as well as four additional line inputs on the back. It also allows for expansion with 8 additional inputs through the ADAT optical input. Furthermore, thanks to improved AD and DA conversion (up to 24-bit/192 kHz), recordings will be dynamic, which is crucial for final production.
